Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of techandaiexpo.com and the Tech & AI Expo virtual event (together, the “Expo”), operated by BlueGrey Ventures (“we”, “us”). By registering for or using the Expo, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register. If you register on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it to these Terms.

2. The event

The Expo takes place online from 14 to 16 January 2027, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. We may change the schedule, format, speakers or features, or postpone or cancel the Expo, where reasonably necessary. We will notify registered users of material changes.

3. Visitor registration

Visitor passes are free. You must provide accurate information and keep your access link private. Passes are personal and may not be shared or resold.

4. Exhibitor booths

• Booth applications are subject to our review and acceptance. We may decline any application at our discretion.
• A booth is confirmed only once the invoice has been paid in full. Prices are in INR and exclude applicable GST.
• Cancellation and refund terms are set out in your booking confirmation. [Insert standard cancellation policy.]
• Exhibitors are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of their showcase content, and must hold the rights to all logos, videos and materials they upload.
• Exhibitors grant us a non-exclusive licence to display their showcase content during the Expo and to use their name and logo to promote the Expo.

5. Messaging and conduct

You agree not to send spam, harass others, misrepresent yourself, or post content that is unlawful, misleading or infringing. Exhibitors may only use visitor contact details obtained through the Expo for follow-up related to their showcased products, and must honour opt-out requests.

6. Speakers

Speaker proposals are reviewed at our discretion. Accepted speakers will receive separate speaker terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Expo platform, branding and content we create are owned by us. Exhibitor and speaker content remains the property of its owners.

8. Disclaimers

The Expo is provided “as is”. We do not endorse any exhibitor or product, and we are not responsible for any transaction or agreement between visitors and exhibitors.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Expo is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Suspension

We may suspend or remove any account or showcase that breaches these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [City], India have exclusive jurisdiction.
