- Visitors: name, email, organisation, role, country and interests you provide when registering.
- Exhibitors: company and contact details, billing information and showcase content.
- Speakers: the details and proposal you submit.
- Usage data: products you save or skip, messages you send, device and browser information, IP address and cookies.
2. Why we use it
- To register you and give you access to the Expo.
- To personalise your product feed.
- To enable messaging between visitors and exhibitors.
- To process booth bookings and invoices.
- To send event updates you’ve asked for, and to keep the platform secure.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. When you message or save an exhibitor’s product, that exhibitor can see your name, organisation and role, and your email once you message them. We use trusted service providers (such as hosting, email and payment processors) who process data on our behalf.
4. Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to run the Expo and meet legal obligations, and then delete or anonymise it.
5. Your rights
