What is Tech & AI Expo?
Tech & AI Expo is India’s largest technology and AI expo. It showcases 1,000+ cutting-edge products and services to 100,000+ visitors from India and around the world, entirely online.
When is it?
14–16 January 2027, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST (UTC+05:30) each day.
Is Tech & AI Expo the largest technology expo in India?
Tech & AI Expo is India’s largest technology and AI expo, with 1,000+ products and services across 24 categories and 100,000+ visitors over three days.
Is it an in-person or online expo?
It’s fully online. You attend in your browser from anywhere in India: there is no physical venue, travel or queues.
Where is it held?
Online, at techandaiexpo.com. There is no physical venue. You can join from anywhere with an internet connection.
Who should attend?
Business leaders evaluating technology, IT and AI teams, engineers and product teams looking for tools, investors, government and public-sector buyers, students and anyone curious about what’s next in technology and AI.
02Visitors
Is it really free to attend?
Yes. Visitor passes are free for all three days, including the expo floor and every stage session. No credit card is required.
How do I register?
Fill in the short form on the visitors page. We’ll email your personal access link before the expo opens on 14 January 2027.
Why do you ask for a work email?
You can register with any email to browse the expo. Registering with your work email also lets you message exhibitors, which helps exhibitors know they’re talking to real buyers.
Which technologies will be on show?
24 categories across four halls: AI & Data, Infra & Devices, Industries and Machines & Mobility, from generative AI and cybersecurity to fintech, healthtech, robotics and EVs.
How does the swipe feed work?
You choose the categories you’re interested in, and your feed shows matching products one at a time. Swipe right (or tap save) to add a product to your shortlist; swipe left to skip. Try the demo.
Will exhibitors contact me without my permission?
No. Exhibitors only see your details when you choose to message them.
03Exhibitors
How much does a booth cost?
We offer three booth packages: Startup (₹15,000), Pro (₹35,000) and Platinum (₹75,000). See current prices and what each includes on the exhibitors page. All prices are in INR and exclude 18% GST.
How do I book a booth?
Submit the application form. Our team reviews it within 2 business days and sends a GST invoice. Your booth is confirmed once payment is received.
Can international companies exhibit?
Yes. Exhibitors from any country are welcome. Write to exhibit@techandaiexpo.com for invoicing in other currencies.
What goes into a showcase?
Your logo, company name, category, a one-line tagline, a short description, a “claim to fame”, a demo video and a link to your website. Preview yours in the booth builder.
How do I get leads?
Visitors who save or message your product appear in your lead list. Pro and Platinum exhibitors see leads live during the expo; every exhibitor can export them after the expo ends.

Yes. Write to exhibit@techandaiexpo.com and tell us what you have in mind.
04Speakers
When will speakers be announced?
In the weeks leading up to the expo. Sign up to be notified.
How can I apply to speak?
Submit a proposal through the call for speakers. Our programme team reviews every proposal.
05Technical
Do I need to install anything?
No. The expo runs in any modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox) on mobile, tablet or desktop.
What internet speed do I need?
Browsing the expo floor works on any normal connection. For watching stage sessions, we recommend at least 5 Mbps.
I didn’t receive my access link. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn’t there, email hello@techandaiexpo.com from the address you registered with.
